Planning for the future is essential for organizations to sustain and remain competitive in today's environment. More than ever, organizations are being challenged to both, enhance and preserve value and I'd like to help. I not only provide technical knowledge, but I also take an imaginative approach in providing services to meet client's needs and goals. Often times, I found myself thinking about the long game as I've always understood that many organizations are trying to solve a set of problems that require a constant effort year after year. In essence, I found that while most organizations were set up to realize their mission by playing a long game, their infrastructure set up was that of a short game.. With a real disconnect between how sustainable infrastructure directly impacts an organizations ability to function at 100% and make the biggest overall impact, organizations around the world continue to internally struggle correcting symptoms of larger issues on demand and often times, under critical circumstances. The model for sustainability is that we shouldn't be applying bandaids if we don't have to. Instead, we should be lifting bandaids so that we can assess, address, correct, innovate, and improve. Proactive instead of reactive provides for an opportunity to engage in a discussion around what sustainability looks like worldwide and we're here to help.
