Hi! Thanks for visiting my site and considering me as someone you might be able to use either now or in the future. It's an honor and even more, know that my drive comes from wanting to help in any way that I can whether that be on a 1:1, group, or organizational basis. My career has taken me near and far, national and international, and has been a mix of easy going and super difficult. However, what I can say is that I love the work that I do and even more, I love being a part of change making.
From the very beginning of my career, I knew post Business School that I wanted to work in infrastructure and people development work. Hell, one of the first things I tried to do coming to DC many years ago was take the Foreign Service route only to check off the box labeled "management." Lol, funny enough - the management track for the Foreign Service is all about tending to and taking care of embassies and so with that in mind, I can't recall there ever being a time in my adult life where business wasn't at the forefront of my mind. I'm not sure anyone that knows me would be able to! All of that is to say, this work is my jam and I'm thrilled to be able to continue offering my skills, knowledge, etc to the world.
I've been asked how I managed to determine what my focus should be. As in, how do I know that the services I offer are the right ones and the ones that are needed across organizations and the answer is simple. After spending so many years working to address the varying needs and challenges found within HR, Finance, Legal and Operation functions within the business sector (For Profit, Non Profit, B-corps and Campaigns), I realized that there was a big void in terms of support whether that was on the people management (leadership and staff alike) or overall infrastructure side of the house and that void needed to be filled. Organizations are only as good as their people and so by not focusing in on and making sure that wellness and wellbeing are at the forefront of people & culture work specifically, it's been an overall dis-service to individuals and organizations alike. Between my love for wellness and wellbeing (which directly impacts performance) and my love for fixing organizational challenges (all interconnected to varying degrees) -- I want to undoubtedly offer my knowledge and skills to each and everyone of you with hopes of being able to walk with you on your journey and pathway forward. For me, when we're good- everything else around us is too.
